The sheds we care about
Mostly 80–200m², and that is deliberate.
Big sheds get built and marketed. Small ones are the ones local businesses cannot find. So that is the size we buy, and where we can, we split larger buildings down into it.

Cairns first. Selected North Queensland after that.
Cairns is the market we know and the one we buy in. We will look at Townsville and other North Queensland locations where the numbers clearly stack up.
Aeroglen, Edmonton and Smithfield are on our list too. If your area is not shown, register anyway and tell us where you need to be.

We look at what the register is asking for before we make an offer on anything. Size, suburb, budget and features all feed into it. If ten businesses want 120m² in Bungalow, that is a reason to buy in Bungalow.

You do not need a polished brochure.
If it is old, vacant, awkward or half finished, send it anyway. We are looking at the land, the access, the layout and whether it can carry several small tenancies. Every property is assessed on its own merits and we make no commitment to buy.

Do you have sheds available right now?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. We are a small owner, not a listings site, so availability comes and goes. The register is how we let people know when something suits them.
What shed sizes are you interested in?
Mostly 80m² to 200m². Smaller and larger requirements are still worth registering, because they tell us where the demand actually sits.
Which areas do you cover?
Cairns first, including Bungalow, Portsmith, Manunda, Woree, Stratford and Aeroglen. We also look at selected opportunities elsewhere in North Queensland, including Townsville.
Does registering commit me to anything?
No. There is no fee, no agreement and no obligation. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Are you a real estate agency?
No. We buy, own and manage industrial property for our own portfolio. We do not list property for other owners, we do not act for landlords or sellers, and we do not earn commission.
Can agents contact you about properties?
Yes. Commercial agents are welcome to send us anything that fits our criteria, including off-market opportunities. Use the property form and tell us who you act for.
Do you buy vacant sheds?
Yes. Vacant possession often suits us better than a fully leased building, because it means we can reconfigure the space.
Will you buy older or run-down industrial buildings?
Yes. Dated buildings, awkward layouts and property that needs work are all fine. We are looking at the land, the access and what the building could become.
Do you look at off-market opportunities?
Yes, and they are often the ones that suit us best. Business closures, retirements, estates and other situations where a sale is being worked through quietly are all worth sending.
What do you do with the information I register?
We use it to decide what to buy and how to configure it, and to contact you if something suits. We do not sell it or pass it to other agents or landlords.
