Cairns is our main market. Most of the businesses on our register want somewhere between 80m² and 200m², with a roller door they can back a ute or a trailer into, and a rent that works for a small operating business rather than a national tenant.
That size band is the part of the market that is hardest to find. Larger sheds get built and marketed. Small ones get held, sublet informally, or never come up at all.
